(1) For customers in CAMBODIA, orders are shipped directly from our Cambodian office. There is a flat rate for delivery charge of $2.50 and it is automatically applied to your total purchase price at checkout.
(2) For customers in SOUTH KOREA, orders are shipped directly from our South Korean office. There is a flat rate delivery fee of $4.50 for orders weighing up to 2 kg. For orders weighing more than 2 kg, you will be sent an additional confirmation email with an extra shipping fee (within 1 business day of an order placement) before your order is processed.
(3) For INTERNATIONAL Customers, we offer worldwide and affordable shipping services through Korea post EMS and K-packet shipping methods. Korea post virtually covers almost every country in the world. Both shipping methods have some differences as explained below:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed by Daroth Store.
You may cancel your order (without penalty) within 12 hours of placing your order.
There is a penalty fee of $2.50 for order cancellations after 12 hours.
Once your order is processed and left Daroth Store, EMS takes 3-10 business days and K-Packet shipping takes 6-30 days worldwide.
Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you once your order leaves Daroth Store.
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address on your order, you will receive a partial refund with the original shipping fee deducted from your total paid amount. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address you provided and is not returned to us, we will NOT issue a refund in any form.
Customs & Import Duty
Some countries may restrict import of cosmetics goods depending on their policies, and issues that may arise are the responsibility of the customer (the buyer). Customers are also fully responsible for their respective country's customs and import taxes. For accurate information and estimation of import taxes, please contact your own country's customs.
Delays or customs duty charge. If your package is returned to us by your country's customs, we will issue a partial refund with the original shipping fee deducted from your total payment.
Possible Delays / Unclaimed Package / Failed Delivery
Please note, there may be extra customs clearance procedures for some countries depending on the particular customs office which can cause delays from the original estimated time.
Daroth Store is not responsible for unclaimed packages. If the package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, a refund will be issued after a deduction of the original shipping fee.
Failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or lost package due to handling of customer's country postal service will not be considered for a refund. Daroth Store is not responsible for post packages once it leaves our office.
Occasionally, packages may be delayed at your own country's customs. Daroth Store is not responsible for your country's customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send an email at: email@example.com.
Contact our call center office in South Korea and we will inform you of where to ship the product back to us that is more convenient for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive a FULL REFUND if you don't receive your order.
You will receive a FULL REFUND if you receive the wrong item ordered, or you can opt for an EXCHANGE for a different item with the same price.
